Home Visits

We visit patients who are too ill to come to surgery. Most weekday mornings one of the doctors makes visits hopefully easing the load of the afternoon work. If you do need a visit please telephone early so that your visit may be included in the round.

Appointments

The Appointments Line is open from 9am each morning for a routine appointment bookable 2 days in advance, we are also happy to advance book appointments for our Doctors and Nurses - Emergency appointments are made on the day, for this service we advise our patients to call between 8am - 9am. To make a routine appointment please call in or telephone the surgery on 0208 630 3518 between 9am-6.30pm Monday to Friday. When telephoning please select the appropriate option for appointments. Patients may book any doctor of their choice for interests of continuity, however, if you call for an emergency appointment this may not always be possible. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to keep an appointment.
