Patient Information

Patients will be treated with respect and courtesy at all times and Practice Staff also expect the same courtesy from patients.

Patients have the right to expect that their personal information will be held in confidence by the doctors, Nurses and other staff. From time to time the practice puts together statistics which support audit and research. Patients information will always be kept strictly confidential and will be anonymised. You will be free to decline to participate in research studies it you wish with no impact on your care.

Dr Hirst & Partners is attatched to Imperial College as a teaching practice.

The Reception Team

Our receptionists help us to help you. They try to keep both doctors and patients happy! If you are kept waiting or are asked one or two questions, they are only carrying out our instructions to help the practice run smoothly. It helps us to judge the urgency of calls if you describe some symptoms, so do expect to be asked. We appreciate however that it is not always appropriate to disclose full details.
